Because we focus on tenant improvements rather than design-build, we ask that you discuss your project with an architect or designer first. Then, we’ll all be able to work together as a team on the preliminary bid. If you have not contacted an architect or designer yet, we can refer one to you.

Meet Our Executive Team

Eric Frantz - President & CEO

Eric began his career in Los Angeles County, where he gained over 20 years of experience in engineering, construction and operations management, and finance and cost accounting. After earning his first BS in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego and his second BS in Civil Engineering from SUNY Buffalo, he moved to California to pursue commercial, heavy civil, marine, airport, and industrial processing construction, working for the Cities of Bakersfield and Los Angeles, Metropolitan Water District, CALTRANS, Los Angeles World Airports, and Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. As Camino West’s estimator, Eric carefully reviews each project to avoid any unwanted surprises, time delays, or added expenses. He prides himself in eliminating the need for change orders by getting it right the first time. His philosophy is that any changes or additions to the project should come from the Client.

Hannah Murphy - Senior Vice President, Operations

Hannah joined Camino West Construction in 2020, and is currently Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to Camino West, Hannah attended the University of Arkansas and brings over 15 years of experience in operations and administration, holding various roles with Pender Capital, Research Affiliates, Howard Hughes Corporation, and Deutsche Bank, among others. She is now responsible for managing our back-office operations, including accounting, contract administration and human resources.
